I made a curry last night, so when I warm some of it, I'll thin it with the half&half.

I cut up nectarines, cantalope, and strawberries and served the fruit with a spearmint leaf. Also a small bowl of hazelnuts on the side.
Made chamomille tea and sweetened it with a bit of honey. It was cool this morning in Northern NJ!

I would love coffee & cinnamon rolls for b-fast, but the sugar & caffeine mix causes me problems as I've learned

(36,827 posts)Poached eggs lightly seasoned on a toasted english muffin topped with some sliced tomatoes from the garden. The market had a new variety of muskmelon in season that is not bad. Cappucino made in my coffee laboratory.
