(6,799 posts)it is Fage (sp) yogurt with blackberries and I threw in some blueberries, cantaloupe, pineapple juice, coffee with cream, and a small slice of strawberrry-lemon pound cake. Good grief, thats an awful lot of fruit-related stuff. 😋 The way I wrote the sentence sounds like I threw everything in the yogurt. Good grief, again.

(35,685 posts)where the breakfast things we've been told for so long is not so much the case. I think they may have said it's ok doing what you describe. Anyway, just in case you missed it, I thought you might want to know.
I had a slice of watermelon, one slice of turkey bacon, and a salmon-cream cheese roll-up on an "ancient grains" wrap. Was delish.

(16,334 posts)I usually eat leftovers from dinner for breakfast or I'll make something dinner-like. I drink coffee first but a little while after that, I'm starving! Then I eat a very light lunch or snack. Then a fairly light dinner. I would prefer breakfast for dinner!
Every body is different.

(55,014 posts)I rarely feel hunger until 10 or 11. I do try to eat some kind of real food if I have a long physical day ahead, but otherwise I wait until later.
and give me leftovers or "lunch" over cereal or eggs and toast, or *gag* pancakes , almost any time!

(38,560 posts)Then I started working out every week day. After my workout I'd be famished, so I'd have a very large breakfast (usually an egg white omelet loaded w/ veggies).
I got out of the habit of brekkie for a while, but since I moved in w/ my guy I'm back at it. When I first got here he'd make me brekkie every day, and last summer when he went back to work I took over.
I LOVE eggs, so we have them several times a week. We don't eat cereal, but we do eat oatmeal.
Al loves pancakes and French toast, but they don't sit well with me. Too much processed sugar, I think.

(6,081 posts)at work I make myself eat something before I go in. If I'm not working I usually eat something in the late morning, and generally not breakfast food. Then I usually skip lunch.
