1. Keto pancakes with strawberries

and crispy bacon. Mr. Pup is doing the cooking!

2. What type of flour are you using for the pancakes?

3. This is from a mix we bought at Costco.

Ingredients: Cassava starch, Coconut flour, Almond flour, eggs, leavening, salt, monkfruit, spice.

I didn't taste spice in the mix. They are eggy and light. Bacon helps a lot. (From Birch Benders Micro-Pancakery)

4. Pina Colada yogurt with blueberries and banana;

cantaloupe; a slice of lemon-strawberry pound cake, raspberry-cranberry juice; and, coffee with cream. Wow, sounds like lots of fruit. Well, it is Sunday morning. 🙂

5. Father's Day brekkie for my guy

The RG made it with a golden crust. I had some fresh spinach and tossed it with olive oil/garlic/lemon juice vinaigrette.
