Pork chops, highly seasoned, and sauteed in cast iron skillet.
Leeks, zucchinis, and a few shiitakes sauteed to go with it.
A square crust with sliced mango and grilled zucchini on it. This pastry has a golden crisp which makes it so much fun to eat.
For dessert, a few chocolate pecan turtles; no sugar kind.

(1,706 posts)in the Instant Pot - the Midwest is warming right up this week, so I'm glad not to have to heat up the kitchen too much. Some broccoli and microwaved potatoes to go with.

Shredded sharp cheddar cheese on salad .
Croutons and McCormick topping on salad.
Neumann own family Italian dressing.
Tap water served in a plastic cup.

Pan-fried portobello mushrooms and chunks of an heirloom tomato to go with it.
Toasted garlic bread with fried onions on it. Although it's out of character, I melted fresh Parmesan cheese on top because it's fun to eat it that way.
For dessert, dark chocolate and red wine.

(47,517 posts)Saute garlic and hot pepper flakes in olive oil at low temp. Add the spaghetti, butter and pasta water and mix. Remove from heat and add lemon - zest and juice - and parsley.
