Down the meds.

Coffee with milk.

Toasted English muffin with a touch of butter.

Banana now, apple later.

1. Hard boiled eggs

Toast apple butter and coffee as well to wash down the anti inflammatory pill.

2. The three c's

Coffee, cream, cottage cheese, and cantaloupe

Well I guess that’s more than 3 ....

3. I started to make an omelet

then Al reminded me that he's fasting for blood work later this morning, so I'm just sticking w/ my coffee for now.

For brunch we'll have the omelet: sausage, mushroom and cheese. Half an apple.


Got an email that my eyeglasses are to be delivered today. The FedEx delivery person may very well be my favorite person in the world today.

5. Feed cats, feed dogs, feed bird.

Now me. Coffee and cream, cottage cheese with a sprinkle of blueberries, an English muffin with a pat of butter and a smudge of raspberry rhubarb jam.

7. I fed seven animals myself first. I had two dogs and one cat...my kids got animals but couldn't keep

them...so now I have four dogs and three cats.

6. Scrambled eggs with greens, fat free cheese and maple turkey...

one slice of gluten free raisin bread with on tsp of lite butter,yogurt and blueberries (plain with sweetener added-swerve)...and a homemade latte...If any are on Weight Watchers...this is a four smart point breakfast.
