Fletchers Dry Cured that I get at Costco. Not quite as good as the Sunny Valley, but close. Well worth it for the savings.

reward as my sister in law is coming and we are in the middle of a rehab...which was put on hold during my hubs two spinal surgeries...so I have so much work to take everything out of the guest room (junk room now) and make the house liveable for others. I was going full tilt and now will have to stash my stuff and cook and of course (yucki) clean. The self pity is strong! At least I don't have to go to a laundry mat...I always hated dragging clothes there especially blankets and heavy stuff. Enjoy you treat.

Wow, is this good. Mango-tapioca pudding-chia seed with chopped basil. Umm!

Took a ripe mango, mixed it with tapioca pudding, and added some chia seeds. Julienned some basil. What a treat.

Flatbread with cream cheese.

Oh, btw, I've been buying the spreadable cream cheese but noticed that it's more expensive than the regular. I noticed an article floating around the web called something like
"20 Cooking Items you Can Make Yourself." One was spreadable cream cheese--all you do is mix in some half n half or milk! Mix it. That's it.

What and where is 'swerve?'

I've NEVER spent as much time along the ice cream aisle as I have in the past 2 weeks!!!
