... I always got fresh crab from Fisherman's Wharf for Thanksgiving, much better than turkey.

In SF (Clement street) and Concord (near Lamps Plus) that sell live Dungeness crabs that you can cook yourself. It was a New Years tradition for our family for years.

Here's an idea, Try Emmy's Chinese Restaurant (415-585-9880) 1923 Ocean Ave, San Francisco.
I have a menu that says their Garlic Butter Crab is priced at $28.50 which is cheaper than what you will find at the Wharf. They will even deliver it, or you can find them on the Grub Hub App and Grub Hub will deliver to any where in the City by the bay!
