1. Lebanese chicken wings, grilled.

Recipe for marinade.

1 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tsps. Dried thyme
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsps. cumin
10 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp salt

Marinate at least 6 hours. Put is on the grill for about 20 minutes. Mmmmm

cantaloupe for dessert.

Edit to add:

For Dad and Sis: grilled fresh kielbasa, potato and carrot mash, peas & mushrooms in a garlic butter.

quite good and low calorie-no weird ingredients.
