Brussels sprouts grilled with grapes. Sounds weird but it's actually a tasty way to make them.
Also has garlic and thyme in the recipe.
Tossed green salad with the usual raw veggies and topped with my favorite ranch dressing.
Dessert: grilled nectarines with vanilla pudding.

(1,697 posts)and garlic bread, for my younger son and me. I also made dinner to take to a family in my church that has a new baby. For them, I made a pork tenderloin with a sauce with hard cider, maple syrup and dijon mustard. For sides, baked potatoes and broccoli with lemon-dill butter. I also made zucchini-banana muffins, and included a small box of chocolates. Since the mom of the family is gluten intolerant, I had to bear that in mind. Here are recipe links:
