What's for Dinner, Tues., Nov. 5, 2019

Ordered takeout from a seafood restaurant on the way home from the airport. This place has the best clam chowder, so that's what I am having. The RG got fried oysters.

He also brought home some Italian sandwiches. I tasted one--pancetta, I think.

Chocolate for dessert.

I had some sous vide pork belly tucked in the freezer. I put the thawed chunks under the broiler for a bit and served them next to zucchini cooked with butter and garlic.
