did you think the amount of stir fry sauce was adequate? Just looking at it, I think I'd be tempted to double it. The recipe looks like a good one-pot meal for a weeknight, plus it has the added advantage of fiber. I notice the recipe creator said she likes hers crunchy, so she cooks it to that point.

I had to look up Yasso bars! Didn't know what they were.

And almost always double every recipe.... for this one, I used 1 and a half lbs. of ground turkey, a whole head of cabbage, and, yes, I doubled the sauce, too. I thought the amount of sriracha was too much, so I used less. But fans of spicier stir-fry might want to use the full amount.

My husband found the Yasso bars at the market some time ago ... looking for a healthier alternative to ice cream bars. He and my sons seem to like them.

chicken, onions, peppers and black olives w/ extra cheese


Dad and Sis got homemade baked macaroni & cheese w/ Italian sausage, and green beans sautéed with cherry tomatoes and garlic.
