What's for dinner where you are?

(28,791 posts)It's a recipe my mom invented back in the day when there wasn't much but a pound of hamburger and cans of pork n' beans in the larder. add onion, garlic, catsup, mustard, salt, pepper, worchestershire to taste. served with fresh buttered bread, and vegies

(50,130 posts)...with cubes of mozzarella and some parm. A grate of nutmeg in the egg/cream mixture. Oh, and some fine dice red onion caramelized with the mushrooms.
It's lookin' good.
Serving it with a chopped salad with carrots, English cuke, flat-leaf parsley, radishes, radicchio and a vinaigrette.
Lots of veggies tonight!
