garden salad dressed simply w/ lemon juice and garlic infused olive oil

garlic bread



There are some cookies if I'm looking for something sweet later on.

Didn’t have the steak I thought I had since hubs ate it while I was with my mom this week 🤷🏼‍♀️ Last minute sub of hamburger was okay. Served with basmati rice and broccoli.

I call it "hamburg stroganoff." I think it works just fine and it is a bit more affordable than the classic.

Black-eyed peas, fried okra, grilled zucchini, and a baked sweet potato. All wholesome and delicious!
