What's for Dinner, Fri., June 19, 2020

Appetizer: sushi

Then flatbreads with cheese and a yellow tomato slice topped with melted raclet. The flatbreads have French goat cheese on them and each bite is topped with a rosemary leaf.

Next up will be meatloaf. Side dish is the quinoa "tabbouleh" I made yesterday.

Dessert is a macaroon and tea.

Chicken breast with mushrooms.
Zucchini with sweet red pepper.

Sauté chicken with oregano (from garden), and salt and pepper. When done remove from pan.

Place mushrooms in same pan, let cook for 3 or 4 minutes, add garlic. Then temper your sauce (one egg with parm cheese think oatmeal consistency), turn off heat add sauce and stir till combined, quick squeeze lemon.
