I like tofu, but the 'shake it in corn starch & bake, carefully flipping several times' *or* pan frying in a good bit of oil, I'm not happy with those methods.

We DO use it to revive tofu fries (and other things) that have gone soggy and it works like a champ.

(14,890 posts)I too pan fry tofu in as little oil as possible and religiously stir and flip. But using an air-fryer intrigue me to I sound this:
