Asian chicken salad. Has mandarins, snow pea pods, carrots, cucumber, red pepper over mixed lettuce and red cabbage for crispness. Almonds on top.

(1,706 posts)I stir fried lacinato kale with soy sauce and toasted sesame oil. I could have left that just plain, since it was good mixed in with the spicy pork and noodles. Dessert is watermelon.

Both recipes were replete with spices, fresh lemon juice, ginger, garlic.
