From a Cook's Country recipe, it was in the magazine that arrived a week ago.

Between this and last night's pasta, I'll have a few lunch leftovers to put in the freezer

I stir fried lacinato kale with soy sauce and toasted sesame oil. I could have left that just plain, since it was good mixed in with the spicy pork and noodles. Dessert is watermelon.

And I have a hodgepodge salad bar of pickled stuff, lettuce and veggies, three-bean salad and croissants all leftover from meals this weekend.

And a Greek recipe with French haricots vertes and Yukon potatoes.

Both recipes were replete with spices, fresh lemon juice, ginger, garlic.
