There's leftover pasta from Saturday, leftover chicken and sweet potatoes from last night.

AND I made some homemade chicken soup w/ the chicken carcass.

I had a bowl of soup and a piece of toast.

Had some leftover jasmine rice and fried chicken in the fridge. I keep a bag of peas and a bag of corn in the freezer for just such an occasion. The rest of the veg are whatever I had in the fridge- tonight it was onion, mushroom, garlic, and broccoli. Sadly, no carrots, so I used a little extra corn.

For dessert: Apple cider donuts made by one of our regular customers. She brought us several dozen yesterday.😍

ETA: Just walked back inside from my after-dinner smoke and the house smells of sesame oil. Yum!
