Personally, I am also a BIG fan of their spatulas, rated to 600 degrees.

(36,827 posts)I have the MK4 and the cheaper RT600C. They are both quite nice and work very well. If you get the Proneedle, the specs are comparable to the MK4, and it costs less than half. It goes all the way to 572F which means you can even use it for deep frying.

(2,336 posts)I second the "buy direct" advice. Shopping Amazon may be convenient but fakes are everywhere. Buying direct makes more sense, plus I'd assume they keep more of their profits so I think of it a bit like buying locally.
