What's for Dinner, Sat., Oct. 31, 2020

Steak with mashed parsley potatoes.

Roasted cherry tomatoes with basil and parsley, garlic, olive oil.

Tossed green salad made with romaine, carrot, pepper, tomato, celery, red onion.

Cucumber salad with dill and red onion in Crema Mexicana and mayo for dressing. A touch of buttermilk and olive oil.

Dessert: Pear crumble made by the RG. Has salted caramel ice cream on top. Decaf tea.

I got out a bottle of Norton that I got a few years ago at Pirtle Vinyards. A local winery in a small town along the Missouri River between Kansas City & St Joseph. It's in the wine cooler now, and I'll decant it later.
