What's for Dinner, Thurs., Dec. 3, 2020

Angel hair pasta with "green" sauce. The pasta is made green with pureed peas, bacon, onion, and herbs. This is something the RG invented on his own.

Salad of baby romaine, both red and green. Lots of raw veggies like cucumbers, onion, celery, tomatoes.

Dessert is a fresh coconut pie that I bought at the bakery this a.m., and on top will be vanilla gelato. Ginger tea.

Leftover short ribs from last night—they’re better the second day. Salad and baked yam on the side.
