Right now, I am lucky to have a cat who rarely throws up....at least for now. And he eats too fast! What a chow hound!

Solution: Feed very small amounts at a time.

I changed to feeding mostly wet food. Just a little dry food in the evening--like a coffee measure full.

even though he is very food motivated. I find it odd, since all my other cats have loved the wet food. He rarely throws up, thank goodness. My worst kitty was one who got diagnosed with kidney failure, with close seconds to the long-hairs. Now I realize that there is often something wrong with a kitty who throws up a lot without hairballs, even if it does seem common for that cat.
