Cat with round pupils

No, not an exotic Persian Lynx, but a plain old tuxedo housecat. Anyone every seen a cat with round pupils? I feed her and named her Casper the friendly Ghost for her spooky looking eyes.

She can't really hiss, either.

1. I had a cat who did.

Maybe not exactly round, but way rounder than a "normal" cat's eyes. She could hiss like anything, though, but she didn't really purr like other cats. She would sort of do a grunty thing. I miss her -- she was awesome and lived to be 15 years old. She was kind of ... not the brightest cat, but she was sweet and really pretty.

I always took her to the vet and the vet never really said anything about her eyes so I guess I just assumed there are cats like that out there!

2. Maybe a genetic oddity,

maybe some wild blood back there in her ancestry.
