Little puppy tries to get her older brother to play

As always happens when I'm looking for something on these here intertubes I end up spending crazy amounts of time getting distracted by other things. YouTube is just another of those places where I look for something specific but end up distracted by a gazillion other videos. This time I was looking for a video I'd tried to watch before of an Akita giving birth that actually showed the whole rear end with the newborn coming out, etc., etc. (though rather icky it was also pretty cool, and I learned a lot about how puppies get born (until I watched the video I had no idea each puppy was in their own personal sack, and they didn't all come out bing, bing, bing like they were on a conveyor belt). But of course I ended up watching hours of cute puppy videos when I should have been doing the dishes and other mundane chores around the house. So, here's a couple of cute puppy videos I ran across instead of doing my chores...

And here's another puppy's first encounter with a plastic bottle....

Ok, I mean it, now I'm REALLY going to attack the dishes and clean the mud splatters off the walls and kitchen cabinets that Yoshi shook all over the place. I'm serious this time!

3. puppies are just the greatest

I could spend all day doing nothing but watching them even when they're just laying there asleep and just being adorable. I think my favorite time to watch them is just after their eyes open and they're learning how to be more mobile trying to get their legs to function all in unison and in the same direction. LOL! Then again, i also love that stage where they're just starting to get to know the outdoors and seeing how thrilled yet confused they are by the most mundane things... "Ooooo! A twig! Oooooo! A pebble!"

I've been trying to wean myself off of staring for hours at the Great Dane pups... they're sooooo addictive! Unbelievable how much bigger they are already, too.

4. The Scuppies were out on Puppy Hill today on those cams and they just got almost 2 feet of snow.

It was the most fun I've had on the Internets in a long time.
