This will make you cry. This dispatcher is just amazing. The call is really helpful to everyone with a little dog - heck with any small animal.

I can relate to the dog's owner.....I would be a basket case too. And the dispatcher really thought fast. She could have just said that 911 was not for dog emergencies, but she didn't. She related what she did know for the situation.
