Manchester Dogs Home set to reopen after disastrous fire

Manchester Evening News story here

From the article:

Around 60 animals were killed with hundreds of others having to be rescued as a fire at Manchester Dogs' Home, which was started deliberately, tore through the buildings in Harpurhey on September 11 last year.

Kind hearted M.E.N. readers helped raise more than £2 million in a matter of weeks to pay for its rebuilding.

This is Eddy, a pooch who survived the blaze. More squee photos and stories at link above!
