Related: About this forumEight week portraits!
My fosters are eight weeks old and will be going back to the shelter soon, so I tried to take some nice pictures of each. Depending on how many they want of if they want the group to be together or split up, some might go back on Wednesday.

We are catless, having lost our 15 year old guy, and I am thinking of another cat, cause somehow the house feels too big with no cat, even tho we have 100 # dog.
Since it is kitten season here, I expect something will show up at the doorstep soon.
for some reason, this house is an animal magnet, we have had several dogs and quite a few cats just come to the porch, begging to be lt in.
Weird.

Those eyes! They are so adorable.
I used natural light out on the porch, with my back to the light. Catches the glint in the eyes, which is especially important for animals with black faces.

job of capturing them in detail, including their sweetness. As you said, it is not easy to get a good picture of a black animal, esp. indoors. I'm sure you will miss them when they go.
