First is Banksy. She was found outside the building where my brother had his banked roller derby track. She was the cutest little kitty and she has bloomed into a beautiful BIG kitty. Not a fat kitty, just a really, really BIG kitty. I think Banksy is one of the most beautiful cats I've ever seen.
Then is Dude. My brother adopted Dude when my mother's Alzheimer's was really becoming intense. Throughout her life she really didn't like cats, but she LOVED both Dude and my little Sophie Stinky Toes. Well, to be fair, she thought Dude was a dog. But Dude would curl up next to mom while she slept and kept her company when she was awake. Dude also stayed with me and Sophie, for a couple of months. He was a true joy to have around.

(15,001 posts)Many years ago one of my relatives adopted two feral-ish cats which showed up in his yard (who remained outdoor only, but they got food/water, vet visits, and a shelter he built for them, and as much attention, petting, and brushing as they would tolerate) which he named Dude and Buddy. I had mostly forgotten about them.
Banksy is indeed particularly photogenic.
