Serves me right for sitting down. Ah, well. This is the first time they've stopped romping, all day. Maybe they were waiting to nap until I came back inside.

We dried our tears that way, after losing our old sweetie, Betty, a couple of weeks ago.

We now have Julian and Kira, two new little tabbies, and they’re utterly captivating! Litter mates! Nothing else like ‘em! ❤️❤️

Betty would be pleased. She was one of two litter mates also.

2. How wonderful!

I am so happy that these four kittens ended up separated in pairs. I'm still shaking my head in wonderment at how this whole situation worked out to perfection. It's as if it was meant to be.

3. I haven't written about Betty's passing.

I feel bad about that, but this month has been astoundingly busy, including other important stuff.

Shall do as I catch my breath.
