I took the borrowed pet carrier back to the vet, this morning

They had loaned me a really cute carrier to transport Gryff. They all wanted to know how he is doing so I pulled out my phone and showed them pictures. They were so glad to learn that he's settling in so quickly.

When I take Madoc and Gryff back, next month, to be neutered, I bet Gryff gets a great reception. They all really seemed to have a big soft spot in their hearts for him.

The power went out just before 10 and just came back on. That always involves me having to bail out the sump hole, which means about a dozen or more trips up the stairs with buckets full of water. Fortunately I just had to empty it once, this time. But WHEW. My exercise for the day.

Now that the boys are really starting to interact, I should be able to get some great photos and will DEFINITELY post them!

I lost two of my three cats this year and CJ has never been alone before. He’s gotten much more affectionate with me but I’d love to find a friend for him. He’s 8 years old and I’m hoping a middle aged kitty shows up to keep him company.
