Related: About this forumJust confirmed Madoc & Gryff's vet appointment for tomorrow. The staff is so excited to see Gryff.
He really stole hearts while he was there. They are going to be shocked by how he's grown and how shiny he is. The tech I talked to adopted his sister, a Tortie, and said she's a really sweet kitten, too.

(26,281 posts)I made an appointment when they were still really small. Their Chicago siblings are going in on Jan 5 for their spay/neuter.
I'm going to feed them a little bit later than usual, tonight, since they can't eat after midnight and they are used to having an early breakfast.

(26,281 posts)OR let him have any of my hot tea. So, he went off in a huff to resume his nap, next to Gryff.
Meanwhile, I really enjoyed those cookies and tea!!

(7,635 posts)We rescued him as a kitten. He was part of a litter found in a wooded area not far from our house. He got used to the vet from the get go. As soon as we get there he pops out of the carrier and start purring, rubbing against the vet tech.

(21,547 posts)getting attention at the vet's and cooperated with anything they did. Acted very sweet and charming. The vet techs laughed over it and called him a ham. He was so well-behaved there that I didn't bother with a carrier, just let him sit on my lap in the waiting room.
My current cat hates the vet office so much that the staff trembles at first sight of her.

(16,451 posts)I've been thinking about those little guys and their upcoming appointment all week.
I'll bet the vet's staff will be thrilled to see how Gryff looks now and hear how he's bonded with his "brother," Madoc.
