I went downstairs to get the stuff out of the dryer. Stuff I put in there last night. While folding, I contemplated changing the sheets on the bed, my least favorite task. Eh. That would necessitate a shower and hair washing. Gotta be fresh on the fresh sheets, ya know?

It’s my day off. It’s already almost 10 pm. So, “Screw it, it can ride till tomorrow,” was my decision.

Came back upstairs and someone had puked a hairball-related dry food puke on the bed. The covers were down and it’s right on my side of the bed. In ma spot! I was only gone 5 min.

Perhaps it was a not-so-subtle suggestion?

Guess I’m changing the sheets and then getting in the shower. Ugh. That’s a lot of effort on Day One of my “weekend.”
