The Great Litter Type Change has begun here

After many years of using clumping clay litter, today, after the usual dump and wash out the plastic cat pans, there is 1box of the clumping clay litter, and 1 box of worlds best corn based litter.
I can hear Shaw wheezing, I suspect she has some asthma from the clay based litter; I'm over the dustiness of the clay based litter myself.

4. I use wood pellets in a sifting litter box.

CJ decided to pee on any and every rug/carpet/mat on the floor. I can’t use a mat in front of the litter box so I need something that doesn’t track. This is working out well. The wood turns to saw dust when they pee on it and falls through the holes of the sifter. I just scoop the solids, tilt the sifter pan up a little and give it a good shake to get all the sawdust into the bottom pan then dump it.
