I woke up, this morning, with both kittens snuggled up against me

So sweet. Of course once they realized I was awake, the pouncing commenced.

They are full of extra energy and have been going non-stop since about 4:30, this morning. I'm making an early cat food run, this morning, and expect they will be fast asleep by the time I get home.

Something I've noticed. While Arthur still looks very much kittenish, Freya is starting to look like a small CAT. Maybe she's an old soul.

Geez, Siwsan. You make the rest of us feel the loss of the other two kittens too. hlthe2b Jun 2022 #1

I'm really glad you are keeping Arthur, though ultimately and can still see Freya now and then. I like the name Arthur. It fits.

Newly born, flat ears, closed eyes - but I could see those stripes and I fell in love. He would always be the first to bumble to the front of the crate when I bent down to check on them. One time, before his eyes and ears opened, he tumbled out so I scooped him up and put him back because Spooky was nowhere to be seen. I worried that she might smell my scent on him and reject him, but she was just fine. Maybe because she's been around me so much, she recognized it.
