2. Just watched a Netflix documentary last night: The Mind of the Cat"

I highly recommend it if you have Netflix. Lots of new research being done with cats.
As I already knew, they are highly intelligent and actually very empathetic animals.
It’s clear you love cats. So do I. I am not surprise that Madoc is so loving to the little ones.

3. I'm always amazed at their intelligence

Take Madoc, for example. When the other two find a treat bag, they try to tear it open with their teeth and claws. When Madoc wants a treat, he picks up the bag with his teeth and brings it to me to open. It will be interesting to see if Gryff and Arthur start following his example.

4. Many years of living with cats have taught me that.

I would not disparage the intelligence of any animal at this point. The more we study them, the more we realize how intelligent they all are.
