This morning I went to get some furnace filters and a 'bug light' (damn fruit flies). At the west end of the parking lot they have some outbuildings. One was pretty small and I immediately thought what a great feral house it would make! And just $3,800! (There are less expensive ones but they don't have windows.) So, who wants to be my sponsor.

6. Nah. I can afford it but I have found a couple less expensive sheds that just might do

I want something wood so that we can cut a couple of 'cat doors' in to the structure. I was surprised to find some that are slightly smaller, for just a couple hundred bucks!! We can install some shelves for elevated beds.

It would be a small expenditure for something that just might make their lives a little better. I'm going to drag the guys in to this plan since they are all in on getting more shelter for the outdoor kid cats.

think) that have some very nice wood ones, but I have not checked prices in years.

Every afternoon Sian, Arthur and Madoc vie for space on my lap. Madoc usually gives up and moves next to me. If Gryff wants to join them he usually displaces the rest and then they have to find a new space. On RARE occasion Carys will find a spot and curl herself into it.

12. I see that you can afford the cheaper ones

but have you ever considered building one yourself? A good project that you can add all the goodies you want without having to work around an already finished shed. You seem so handy and have done this kitty rescue for so long that you might want to make something just to fit how you do things.

I will shut up now. I would probably not do that now but when I was younger I did a lot of things like that and it was wonderful.
