guide a teen/adolescent who was dealing with their sexuality and gender confusion right now. The hatred being directed in the direction of trans people right now is just devastating.

Designating transgender people as a category of terrorists is unconstitutional and would have severe, far-reaching consequences, but it cannot be done under existing law.
