5. This is clearly a case where the people should have retreated

from the assault to a safe area and reported this to police. There was obviously an opportunity and an opening to do so. Instead he chose to raise the level of violence by producing another firearm into the situation. As it is they should be charged with murder, tried , convicted and sent to a long term prison sentence.
