no trespassing signs, warning it could end with injury or death

http://www.wfmz.com/news/Regional-Poconos-Coal/state-police-homeowner-shoots-kills-intruder/-/149546/21636930/-/glvpwr/-/index.html

An 18-year-old is dead, and a couple is shaken up after a home invasion in East Brunswick Township turned deadly Saturday evening.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Don't ignore no trespassing signs.
Homeowner got lucky this time, never let an attacker get that near.
yeah, they're fair game, coming onto your property? No, they shouldn't be shot, call 911, warn them they're trespassing and tell them that police have been called.
I don't believe that he was saying what you think he was saying.
he committed a felony by breaking and entering. I think he ended up dead because he did not lay down on the floor spread eagled with his hands on his head when he was caught inside the home. If he would have given up instead of fighting, he would likely still be alive.
