as an example of how crazy we are for fearing/resisting government tyranny. Seems like that cartoon kind of justifies the RKBA IMHO.

... can't win in the state houses, can't even get many posts hidden anymore.

Gun Control Fan Solution: Somebody else's cartoons as an example of your deep seated beliefs and your inability to frame an argument successfully.

Posting these as a proxy for a banned member is pretty lazy and transparent.

8. I think we definitely need Cartoon Control.

Hey, the First Amendment isn't absolute, cartoons are now completely unregulated, bad people often publish offensive cartoons, some crazy people could be incited to violence or malfeasance by the wrong cartoons, children are routinely exposed to cartoons, cartoons are not mentioned anywhere in the Constitution, and no one actually needs cartoons. I even bet that anti-gun cartoon control could muster more votes in Congress and the states than some of the useless vanity gun control legislation as of late.

the cartoon master has been blocked for being disrespectful. I guess he has a replacement. I hope he is more respectful but as he never comments, he should be fine.

14. Number three probably needs it's own thread

Seems to be a huge disconnect in the gun confiscation crowd.

The mantra that cartoon three signifies is that guns are no good against the government. Meanwhile, I read lots of hatred for Bundy and his crew standing down the government agents that came to get him and then it's topped off with the third leg of the disconnect with the witty blurb that the 2nd amendment is only for muskets or personal weapons at best.

I've read pieces from the FF that state they are indeed talking about military grade weapons for the citizen militia to have the right to keep and it's clear they were talking about the need to keep the central government 'honest' in not becoming a tyrannical one. So if the anti-2nd crowd sneer at the ability of citizens to stand up to the govt with only guns they are in fact agreeing that citizens, given the anti-tyranny aspects of the 2nd amendment, should be able to arm themselves with crew served, military grade weapons. Out NRAing the evil NRA itself.

Now look at how thousands, sometimes tens of thousands, of Occupy Wall Street protesters were assaulted and driven off by police forces compared to how a few dozen tea bagging nitwits were able to back off the federal personnel that came for Bundy. The US has lost around 4,500 troops in Iraq and well over 90 percent of them were after "Mission Accomplished" removed the standing army of Iraq. The vast majority of US losses have been to guys carrying guns, albeit while planting IEDs.

While the armed citizens will probably not win any of the battles, they most certainly could win the 'war' with a central govt that is facing a large armed insurgency on US soil that will make any Falujah type solutions (bombing the region to the stone age) politically difficult, if not impossible.

To nip any wild goose chase replies in the bud, I hope to see Bundy in jail and bankrupt and hope never to see another US civil war because there was nothing civil about the first one.
