TX Homeowner Shoots Late Night Home Invader...outside

http://www.valleycentral.com/news/story.aspx?id=791474#.UDV6f8GPXup

The woman called out for her husband who came armed with a handgun.

The homeowner followed the suspect outside and shot at the burglary suspect.

Bullets from the gun hit the burglary suspect's left shoulder and right leg.

Under a Texas state law known as the "Castle Law," homeowners have the right to shoot intruders in their homes.

Odd to say the least, maybe he didn't want the mess in his home?

This is common knowledge and the person does not have to be inside. These cases have been brought before grand juries and got a no bill. This also applies to businesses, a case of beer has resulted thief getting shot outside the store. As we say in Texas, "Don't mess with Texas".
