1. And that one post doesn't have to be made in the group one gets blocked from.

A few DUers got blocked from a group, not for what they posted in that group, but for what they posted outside the group.

Groups:

Groups can be created by either the DU Administrators, or by regular DU members.
Groups sometimes serve as safe havens for members who share similar viewpoints or interests.
Members may subscribe to groups, and have them listed on their "My Subscriptions" page.
Members may be blocked from a group by its hosts, or by the DU Administrators if no hosts are assigned.
Blocked members may not post in a group or subscribe to that group -- but they are able to alert abuse in that group. Only members who have posted in a particular group may be blocked from that group.

There's several threads in Meta made by DUers complaining about being blocked from a group, not for what they posted in that group, but apparently for what they posted elsewhere.

An example would be if the host of RKBA reads a post I made in GD and doesn't like it so he blocks me from posting here.

Here's what you said:

"~~~ a little reminder ~~~
it only takes one post to be blocked.

Use it wisely."

All I'm saying is that the offending post(s) doesn't have to made in the group itself. Unless you are trying to say that someone, who has never posted in the gungeon, could be disparging the group or members of the group at other places in DU and then they actually come here to post something as innocent as "Hi!" and that person then gets blocked.

fuck GC&RKBA (or whatever) then they can be blocked BUT if They never post Hi in here then they can NOT be blocked. That is what I am saying and I want everyone (including me) to make sure we all understand and we are all on the same page.

If what I am saying is NOT correct then I want a clarification, pronto.

capice?
