planting the seed of a scandal, whether there's a scandal there or not. They plant the seed and their rat-fucking sub-human scumbos hit the "social media" (there's nothing 'social' about it!) and do the rest.

The "failing New York Times" carrying Trump's water for him again! Beautiful!

And be sure to never forget Judith Miller and Michael Gordon’s lies that helped get us into The War on Iraq. The NY Times is not a reliable source. More and more their “news” stories read like editorials.

Most are very good. Some are lazy and stupid. A few have axes to grind or inject their own political philosophies into their work, facts be damned. Miller and Gordon are the later.

Starting with Dean Baquet

Ken Vogel is a hack
But the politics editor and Baquet let him spin the stories this way.

This Times article never notes/explains the INTERNATIONAL CONSENSUS demanding firing that prosecutor & links back to Vogel’s discredited reporting. The Times has a big problem on this story. Reminiscent of laundering Bannon-funded propaganda in 2016.

To do his dirty work for him. Giuliani was known to go there to pressure their president. That is not news.

The news is Traitor Trump used our tax dollars to leverage dirt on a political opponent. The news is that what Traitor Trump said to the foreign leader was so disturbing that a valid and significant whistle blower complaint was filed and then hidden from Congress.

This about some NY times article is of no affect on the Traitor's crimes. So what if NYT got it wrong on a uranium one story. It does NOT change the crimes Trump has committed. This is distraction.

It does not bash Joe Biden.

I don't get it. What am I missing?

If we read between the lines of this dialog, it seems to me that Chump and Rudy G. already knew there was no dirt to be found on Joe/Hunter Biden. They were suggesting that the President of Ukraine should make something up for them to use against Biden. Any lie at all would be fine, as long as it came from the President of Ukraine. Then Joe Biden would spend the rest of his campaign trying to defend himself against a made-up story.

So it's the "birther" story all over again, with a fresh angle.

behind it.

But frankly, we underestimate the power of projection and misdirection as used by tRump and the entire GOP. It has worked. It's what their base respond to as well as the millions of others who voted for tRump, third party, or simply didn't vote in 2016.

Running against tRump alone -- focusing on tRump's corruption, lies and incompetence as the general campaign strategy -- is risky because of that. It makes no dents in his base; and the others who voted for him, third party, or didn't vote in 2016 may well do the same this time around -- exactly because of projection/misdirection tactics which effectively paint a story of "both-siderism" at best relative to the Democratic Party.

To win in 2020, we need to do more than run simply against tRump's criminal corruption/treason and a return to the political integrity of the past. To win, we need to run against a corrupted system, a corrupted capitalism dominated by straight white males, the uber wealthy, and the head-in-the-clouds 1%; against the current system that adversely affects the vast majority of voters' lives compared to two decades, three decades ago. We need to do this with simple but crystal clear explanations of how the current system hurts lives -- and will continue to hurt the majority of Americans' lives -- together with straight-forward proposals for restoring an equitable balance, for benefiting all Americans not just the privileged few.

This is the basic framework of our upcoming election in my view.
