FORT HOOD — A sexual abuse prevention noncommissioned officer accused of operating a prostitution ring will be court-martialed, post officials said Friday.
Sgt. 1st Class Gregory McQueen faces 21 criminal charges, including pandering, adultery and sexual assault.
After considering all matters, including the recommendations of McQueen’s chain of command, the Article 32 investigating officer and his legal adviser, the convening authority, Lt. Gen. Sean B. MacFarland, III Corps and Fort Hood commander, moved the case ahead to trial, according to a statement from Fort Hood.
McQueen will face a military judge and at least five military court members acting as a jury.
