In preparation for the FLOTUS' visit ...

I have spent some time on my local rag's comment section:

I find it "interesting" the amount of venom directed at this woman.

I once read a study that concluded that a strong positive correlation betwen the level of (gay) sexual attraction among self-reporting uber-heterosexuals and anti-gay sentiment/activism.

I wonder if that study's conclusion can be extrapolated to the majority of the posts contained above?

P.S. Mrs. 1StrongBlackMan just called ... she confirmed that she has just picked up BabyGirl 1StrongBlackMan and will meet me at the event, as planned!

I hope that BabyGirl 1StrongBlackMan gets to shake hands with her idol!

Just got home ...

BabyGirl 1StrongBlackMan did get a chance to shake hands with the FLOTUS and the FLOTUS took a moment to 1) actually talk to BabyGirl 1StrongBlackMan; and 2) created a situation that led to the most embarassing moment in the world for 1StrongBlackMan ... the FLOTUS posed for 3 pictures with BabyGirl 1StrongBlackMan ... and immediately after snapping shots, 1StrongBlackMan the dropped his Blackberry, destroying the images.

It was a lonnnggggg ride home.

what can be described as a "groupie" or "star-struck"; but I have to be honest ... shaking her hand and speaking and being spoke to by this woman gave me a certain buzz.

The Family 1StrongBlackMan talked late into the night trying to describe the vibe she gave off ... We came to "Genuine", "Caring", "Authentic". "Classy", "graceful", "Humble", "Glad to be there", and (my contribution) afro-centrically finnnnneeeee!

It was a good day.

I am thrilled for you!

I went to a Fund Raiser/ Luncheon last fall for her in Pasadena.

I didn't get to shake her hand but just to be in her presence and hear her speak as if she was talking just to me, was worth the $$$$'s.

She is awesome, just awesome!
PS/ I also saw her at a huge Rally at UCLA before she was First Lady.
Magical, just magical.
