The Hillary Clinton supporters seem to make any of their members who are on vacation a martyr. I've honestly never seen anyone else do this other than that particular group.

I have nothing against Bravenak, but she clearly broke the rules several times. The only one of Bravnak's recent hides (out of the last four) that I'd possibly challenge is the first one on Aug 8th. Still that leaves more than 4 hides.

If you think it's unjust then appeal to Skinner. I know what he'll say though. Its the same thing he says to anyone.

Bravenak whose thread this is about.. was speaking out to her former fellow BS supporters and begging them to cool it.. it wasn't working, she said.. It only got WORSE.. and she continued to plead.. they thanked her by Alerting her and Hiding her posts until she was given the ol du time out for however long. Silenced her they thought..

But, while she's been Censored on DU.. Bravenak wrote to Thom Hartmann about it and she thinks others must have written, too.. Because he properly called out DU on his show!..

So yeah, it's good that a few of them have come to their senses and are doing the Bilbo Baggins "WHAT have we done??!" But as you can see even from those threads, alot of these folks still don't get it and have no intention of ever doing so.

130. I can't disagree, but by the same token, I'd do anything to tamp some of this nasty shit down.

If I have to forgive a hypocrite or an insulter, I'll do it. I am so tired of seeing good DUers alert swarmed and getting their posts hidden. I know it's a "Turn the other cheek..." attitude, but it's better than mutually assured destruction.

And we already know who is guilty of bad behavior. It's not like forgiveness means forgetfulness....if you know what I mean!

And the ones who keep on? Well, they'll show themselves irrevocably soon enough. And then they'll go into their hiding places and won't post again until the mid terms. where they'll fire up the same shit again.

I do think that some of (not all, some of) Sanders' supporters will be the end of him--they think they're helping him but they're killing him with the racism. That shit sticks. I get the impression that some of them (again not all) actually think they're helping him when they "defend" him with racist taunts! It's wack!
