But the premise of the article is erroneous. I've studied both candidates, I choose Hillary, warts and all. The author seems to think since I've made this choice, however, that I lack a certain level of intellectual prowess. It's a logical fallacy that the author partakes in that I see spread around here at DU daily.

I'll say that like the author, I too have difficulty understanding much of the support Hillary has among African Americans, but I take it for granted that it's not do to a lack of intelligence.

i posted b/c from my view the OP seemed to be jumping to a conclusion. maybe i did too, so sorry for that

This is what, day 1276 of gleaning the web for black authors doing some Clinton bashing?

I'm sure that the author is proud to be the latest show and tell display for the Sanders fans here on DU.

If you don't vote for BS it is expected that you vote for Trump. Remember if you aren't with Bernie you'd might as well call yourself a Republican and cast a vote in for their front runner, Trump.

And remember, unlike other candidates, Trump does like the Blacks and you people.

Trump hates all, and I mean he really despises ALL non rich people.

He laughs at his idiot supporters behind their backs.

to the author or any other inquiring minds. There's a much longer and much more impressive list of "non-thinkers" who would be surprised to learn that all their degrees have essentially been reduced to used toilet paper by a writer I've never even heard of. Peace!
