In one of the "Toon Round-ups" ...

there was a clip about a "National Signing Day" for college bound students ... just like those held for high school athletes signing on to going to college.

I'm happy to announce that my Fraternity is planning just such an event. We are planning to gather as many college-bound youth and hold media events, nation-wide, recognizing them. These events will include having the youth sign a "Letter of Intent" that includes a pledge for the youth to seek out help and guidance, early and often, and a pledge that Fraternity members will provide the youth with support and guidance.

that I am coordinating.

I expect, with Tucson being a smaller town, the event will be manageable and pretty high profile. I'll keep folks posted.
