AND this is part of the reason 'for-profit' prisons, state prisons and local jails are swollen with black males/females. So I really don't care to see any 'stats' published here from any so-call progressive again. IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN THIS WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nationwide.
