and i'd say maybe easter weekend for the season's first.

but those sure look good.

my cousin in st bernard parish usually handles the boiling, but quarter the onions and cut the garlic and lemons in 1/2. zatarain makes a huge tea bag with the spices. i kinda like the vegetables, potatoes, corn on the cob, green beans, try a few whole artichokes.

where is that guy working out of? mobile or fairhope?
