A penguin
A penguin takes his car into the shop and the mechanic tells him he'll need about an hour to check it out. So the penguin decides to go to the 7-11 and buy some ice cream. Penguins love ice cream but because they have no hands they always get it all over their face and beak and make a mess of themselves. He finishes and heads back to the mechanic who tells him,"Looks like you blew a seal."
Penguin says,"No, that's just a little ice cream."
